Quick Reimbursement

My black Lab got Thyroid cancer and needed to have a surgery to remove the thyroid. When I submitted the claim, I was not sure that the insurance would cover all the expenses (diagnosis, surgery and follow-up appointments). Thanks to ASPCA, the claims were processed quickly and the reimbursement checks came very soon. Now my pet is doing well and she is happy and active.

Most unreliable, double talking company

The brochure I received before purchasing clearly states that they cover hereditary conditions. When my dachshound ruptured a disc and became paralyzed she needed immediate surgery. The bills totaled almost $6000. ASPCA refused to pay any of it because dachshounds are prone to this type of injury, calling it hereditary, and saying she isn't covered. A great "bait and switch tactic". The brochure says level 3 covers hereditary conditions but, they did not list it in the contract they later wrote up. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

definitly worth it.

I have had 2 dogs covered with ASPCA and I am glad I did.Without going into a lot of detail, I have received more than I have paid in. I hope they can afford to keep their prices affordable.

i'm happy i decided to get insurance for my Boomer

it turned out my Boomer had a herniated disk which was causing unbearable pain when moving. his vet tried to find out what the issue was and could not, for obvious reasons. he suggested a neurologist (Southeast Vet. Neurology, in Miami, FL) and that was a God sent. after an MRI, the issue was found, the same day he was operated on, and after 2 weeks at the clinic, he has been fine again. still has to recover another month, but he is fine. ASPCA insurance reviewed the expenses and reimbursed me real fast, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend having insurance, especially ASPCA.thank you for your help and support.
