ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

Years ago I lost a pet. I paid for all her care but it was very expensive. Now my pet Bichon has Cushings disease. It has been a great relief having the coverage. Thank you

This is our second cat that we have had pet insurance for and both times we were very satisfied. We went away and our cat got very sick and our sitter had to take her to the vet. She had a lot of treatment and had to stay 2 weeks under the vets care - so as you can imagine the bill was high when we returned. It was a relief to see the insurance check come in so we didn't even have to think about finances - just returning to a really sick pet was bad enough - dealing with finances or a fight with the insurance company would have been too much to handle. I first decided to get pet insurance when I got my two Shih Tzu ,Ms. Lady and Ziggy we had moved to the country and our blessing soon became a nightmare ,not knowing large trucks passed right in front of our house.Before we knew it Ziggy was hit by a car I tell you as soon as I called my ASPCA Ins. a load was lifted off my heart in know time they took care of everything what would of cost me thousands of dollars didn't cost hardly nothing at all soon after that my little Lady got very sick we didn't know what was wrong with her all we know was that she was dying and needed medical attn. asap again my pet insurance was a God send with no questions only nothing but love and compassion they helped me once again they said not to worry and they would take care of everything I would not been able to afford all the medical costs if it wasn't for my ASPCA Pet Ins. there remarkable when settling your claims they know time is of the essence and times are hard they don't waste anytime thank you so much for all your help and support.

In the 8 years I've had my cats I haven't needed to use the insurance. However, twice this year I put it to good use when my one cat had a tumor over her eye and the other developed a UTI. I certainly appreciated the help paying for the bills and the fast and easy way available to do this.

I'm not one to give praise often but ASPCA Pet Insurance was a wonderful experience. Absolutely no surprises. Everything was paid for as expected and quicker than even my own health insurance provider. It was just a nice surprise to have a company to what they say that they do without any delays, or questions. Just provided the doctor's bills, FAX'd them, and within a week I got a detailed explanations and checks for each of the claims that I submitted. I strongly recommend this insurance to every one as well as I'll never go without for as long as I have a pet. My cat required surgery for a mammary gland issue which ran close to $1,000. I would have had the surgery regardless of having insurance but it sure is nice to be able to change a major event into a less painful one.
