Swift, attentive and compassionate.

I have nothing but good things to say. My claim was processed quickly and I received a follow up call to check in and see how Harley was recovering. I am very happy with ASPCA!

Thank God we have this insurance

Our bichon Snowball was diagnosed with a fibrosarcoma on his knee at a young age and had to have surgery. Because of his history, he has to have surgery every time he grows a lump. So far he's had several, one of which was another fibrosarcoma. These have been low grade and the vet doesn't know why he keeps growing them - he had to have ultrasounds and CT to make sure no internal tumors but all is good. Neeless to say this has cost a small fortune and I can't thank my sister enough for recommending we get this insurance back when we first became "dog parents". We have 3 dogs and have needed to use it for at least one of my other dogs as well.

Wont question the necessity of pet insurance again

Thought to myself - does a dog really need insurance? Seems like a ridiculous waste of money. Well, after my pup started eating every sharp and non-digestible item in my house I caved and decided that $10/mo is better than $3000 to remove a mechanical pen from her colon. Anyway, I never used it to remove a pen but when another dog attacked her I was grateful for that insurance. Reimbursement was quick. They covered almost everything and saved me from forking out more than $600 of my savings in vet bills. Won't question this monthly expense anymore.

Peace of Mind for Pet Parents

Our brand new mobile vet discovered an abdominal mass in my Romeo kitty during her very first visit. We needed an ultrasound and extracted fluid sent to lab. Knowing we have ASPCA Pet Insurance allowed us to have the necessary tests done without overly straining our wallet during these horrific economic times. Tiffany at ASPCA was wonderful and answered all of my questions graciously and with compassion and competence. Our claim was processed and completed in less than a week! We are very grateful.

Awesome

Last Summer my eldest cat Shubert developed hyperthyroidism, he required radioactive iodine, his care was several thousand dollars. I am so grateful I had the savings to cover it, however it was a wake up call for me. I have a total of 4 cats, all between 14-15 yrs. They have been healthy all their lives but they are aging and with aging come unexpected health issues. I decided to consider health ins. to assist me in the event of issue so that I could continue to give my cats the best possible care. The ASPCA has been helpful since day one. The customer support person set me up with a plan that was affordable and specific to each of my cats needs. Since signing up last Sept. I have had a couple of minor incidents, the claims process is simple, convienient, and fast. The claims process people are always kind, compassionate, and helpful. I feel they truly do care about me and my pets. They call and follow up to see how my cats are doing. It is a relief to me to have the ASPCA there if I need them. Thank you so much!
