Quick, efficient, painless claim handling.

Had Yukon Jack in for his wellness check at the end of April, during the exam it was discovered he had a small growth on his eyelid. Surgery was scheduled for the beginning of May. All went well, however Yukon pulled a stitch out and had to be re-sutured. My three claims were processed quickly and the money was deposited directly into my account. Great service, was contacted several time to see how Yukon was doing and could they do anything more to help.

Service was great and very caring

My cat, Rusty, had a urinary blockage. The insurance covered the majority of the expense. The best part was that they called to follow-up on how Rusty was doing. They called twice. I was very pleasantly surprised. Rusty is fine!

Beat Dog Insurance Ever

We have had Petshealth Care Plan for over 15 years for two dogs (unfortunately, not the same dogs). They pay promptly and according to policy. They do not drop a dog once it reaches 10 years old like some policies do. This year, I was switched to the extended care version which I am extremely please with as it gives me peace of mind. One dog had a thyroid problem for life that this option would have covered.

Glad I kept my pet insured

In 2011 I lost my job and I was paying the top tier so my dog gets the best care. But the expense was a little high for me to handle. I had to decide to downgrade her coverage or cancel. Anyway I decided to keep the lowest tier which is very affordable and I am very glad I did. My dog fell off the bed and injured a disc in the back of her neck. Had to rush to an aminal emergency hospital. Needless to say she had to stay in the hospital for 2 days and with no job and no icome this would have been a disaster. With the help of family to help pay for her stay I was able to pay them back when my claim was processed. They processed my claim at a fast and timely manner. I want to Thank them and also let them know my dog Sandy has made a full recovery. She amazed her vets with her comeback. Started walking within 4 weeks. Some dogs don't do this well and I glad that the vets kept a Postive attitude to keep me calm and work with my dog to get better. You never know anything can happen no regrets the best decision I ever made. If your like me than a little is better then none. Sandy is happy and now me her mommie has to find a job. Thanks to the ASPCA and the vets that took care of my baby.

Gastroenteritis and Anorexia

Who would have thought that their puppy would get hold of a corn cob after a family get together and stop eating or drinking? Then not pooping and throwing up? Had to take my baby to the vet and he had Gastroenteritis and Anorexia, and sadly had to go onto an IV and spend the afternoon at the vet for barrium and a series of rays. @ days later he was feeling much better, but I will be counting the cobs the next time. ASPCA pet insurance put my mind at ease when it came to the bills. Easy to file claims and a fast turnaround on payment. Thans ASPCEA
