Thankful for Coverage!

Who knew that whenw ebrought home our beautiful 8 week old male black lab puppy that we would becoem best friends with our vet? We took ASPCA insurance as a precaution sincewe were adopting a puppy. We have encountered many things with our beautiful boy: from totally gross oral warts to an injured throat due to the ingestion of a stick... and each time we had peace of mind knowing we were covered. All of my claims have been paid quickly and anytime I have had to interact with the service line, folks have been friendly and helpful.

Makes a painful experience a little better

We lost our beloved welsh corgi six months ago. He became very ill very quickly and had to undergo multiple tests over multiple days. Although x-rays and blood tests revealed nothing unusual, an ultrasound revealed an abscess in his liver that was probably masking a tumor. In light of his age and overall physical condition, we determined that euthanasia was the best option. At the time, I did not even consider the cost of any of the tests or treatments. We just wanted to do what was best for our dog. But after the credit card bill arrived with all of the vet charges, I was pleased to remember that we had pet insurance through ASPCA. It covered 80 percent of the charges, including the euthanasia. The loss of our beloved Bert was hard enough. At least the bills were manageable thanks to ASPCA.

MRSA Virus

My dog is a Therapy Dog and we visit nursing homes. He contracted the MRSA virus at one of them. I don't know what I would have done without this insurance with all the medicines, X-rays, scoping of the lungs and biopsy's. Very costly. ASPCA Ins paid 80% of Toby's Vet Bills after his $100.00 deductible.

ASPCA cares about my pets!

I began coverage shortly after putting my 19 yo cat down. (She had about $3,000/yr for her last 2 yrs of illness.) A few months after getting ASPCA insurance, my male cat was discovered to have high blood pressure (my vet cks bp during annual visits). That led to a heart specialist who determined he had a heart murmur. At roughly the same time, the vet found raised kidney levels. (Had to get an ultrasound by a secialist.) Normal vet/specialists/meds totaled about $1,500. ASPCA paid about 80% after satisfying the deductible. Riley is as healthy as possible, now, and gets an EKG annually. Both of my cats get regular chiropractic treatments (ASPCA covers those, too) and the vet comes to my house to do them. I am so grateful to have vet insurance and LOVE ASPCA! Everyone I have talked to, there, has been professional, LISTENS to me, is kind and my claims all get paid very quickly. Reimbursements go directly into my bank account -- which is greatly appreciated. (When I was deciding which insurance to get, I had a lot of questions to ask. Ended up asking my vet as I had narrowed the field down to two. Glad I picked ASPCA!)
