10/10 service! So happy to have chose ASPCAPI

I've had this insurance for my dog for about 3 years now and I'm so happy to have chosen this company. Submitting claims are so easy and gives you a peace of mind that you know they are going to give you reembursment (of corse depending on your palm coverage) and you don't have to worry about paying full bills. Thier customer service Line is so helpful and always have answers for any of my questions. Overall I'm supper happy with ASPCAPI and I would highly highly recommend them to other pet parents. Please get insurance for your pets its worth every penny and ASPCAPI is super affordable. You are not only paying for the well being of your pet hut also like I said you get peace of mind that you know your pet is covered especially when they randomly get ill or get hurt.

Best investment I could have made for my pets.

I have 9 cats & 1 dog, Peace of mind knowing if they get sick, I can get the care they need. They call to check how my pets are coming along, they pay all claims promptly and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend their coverage to everyone.

Easy

I wish we would have gotten insurance sooner. Jasmine started showing signs of joint problems before age 1. At 1 Yr she had double elbow surgery, at 2 she tore her right ACL at 3 she tore her left. She's been on allergy shots since age 1. When we decided we really needed to have insurance it was too late. She had too many pre-existing conditions. But, with Jasmine getting older and not healthy, we had to find something. The ASCPA has several different plans from covering just about everything, to just an accident. We started out with one of the basic plans and it covered an ankle injury, poisioning, ear issues. We have since moved up a plan and she had 3 cysts on her back removed that were getting too big but, the stitches wouldn't hold. She had to have 2 more surgeries to finally get it to heal. The claim process is simple, the allowances are fair and the payment is quick. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Great service

I have had ASPCA pet insurance for 9 years for my cocker spaniel. Through out that entire time I have been extremely pleased with the service on my insurance. I am always informed of the status of my claim and receive quick reimbursement. I have never had to question the reimbursement at any time. It is always fair and as indicated in the policy.

Lexi's Illness - Overnight Stay)

I have only had to use the insurance once so far and was completely satisfied both with the amount of money received for our Lexi's dehydration problem and the speediness of processing the claim. Claim was handled professionally and I would recommend this insurance.
