Very pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance

Our dog recently had a histiocytoma near his eye, which had to be surgically removed. The claim submission process was easy, and ASPCA paid for exactly what they said they would - all costs related to the histiocytoma after the $250 deductible. I am happy that ASPCA is honest about their policies, and there was no confusion as to hat they would cover!

Pet Insurance is peace of mind.

Before I got Matty, I knew that getting pet insurance for her was one of the first things I was going to do. I did some research on insurance companies and I liked the benefits that ASPCA offered and I am very happy that I chose them. ASPCA has been awesome. They have great customer service, they are fast at processing claims, and their website is very helpful. Once you submit claims, you track the process of your claims on-line. They also call you to see how your pet is feeling. I am very happy with ASPCA.

ASPCA helped in an emergency

While I wish their coverage was more comprehensive for wellness/ preventative care, it was great in an emergency situation. Our dog was vomiting with bloody diarrhea for about a day and 1/2 and just not herself. We noticed it getting progressively worse and that she refused to eat and wasn't really moving much. She was admitted to the vet hospital for about a week due to potential pancreatic issue. Our bill was around $8,000 after everything and ASPCA covered a large portion of it, making it much easier for us to get the care that she needed.

Fast reimbursement

I submitted 2 claims for 2 cats. Even before I submitted the claims I received at least one, maybe 2 condolence calls on the death of one of the cats. The other cat had huge dental bills and a good bit of her costs, from our primary care and the specialist were covered. The checks came quickly.
