Peace of mind

My Princess had a sore on her vulva that worried me. It didn't go away so the vet treated her for a UTI and gave me some topical ointment. She still kept bothering it so we finally did a biopsy which was undetermined. Eventually we went through two more antibiotic regiments and it finally resolved. But knowing it wasn't cancer, stones, or Brucellosis gave me great peace of mind. The insurance was right on the spot with their response and how they handled my claim. I am very happy with the people that you talk to on the phone. One of the nicest customer service group that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Terrible

They will only reimburse 80% of what they deem an allowable charge for the service performed and not what was charged by the vet. Terrible!

Wonderful Experience!

The ASPCA could not have been more helpful or easier to work with regarding a claim for our fur-baby, Maggie. Our coverage plan allowed us to be reimbursed for ~80% of the cost for a surgical procedure this year, and we received the reimbursement about 10 days after submitting it! We also received a couple follow up calls from the ASPCA to check on our little Maggie and ask if we needed anything else. I wish ALL insurance companies could be as customer centric, caring and pleasant to work with as the ASPCA!

Peace of mind when you need it most

My dog recently had to have surgery and have his spleen removed and 2 benign tumors. The ASPCA paid my claim immediately and even called to see how my dog was doing. My doctor usually doesn't call much less my insurance company (who btw has NEVER called me to see how I was doing). It's stressful enough to be worried about your pet; you don't need to worry about whether the insurance will pay. Thanks

Efficient, no jumping hoops for claim and pd quick

My Doggie tore her CCL and we treated it conservatively at first and then decided to have surgery. ASPCA claim process was efficient and easy. Once my dog had surgery their payment was accurate and quick. They were very courteous on calling to see how my dog was doing. I am glad I had this insurance.
