A VERY COMPASSIONATE AND HELPFUL COMPANY

.....My Standard Poodle,Augie, is 11 yrs old. Up until this past year he has been very healthy. We have had three large claims in the past year, and without any hesitation ASPCA Pet Ins., they were paid, after they had done their checking. The fact that they even called through out his illness to check on his welfare was great. There was no concern on their part about how high his expenses were getting to be. I would recommend ASPCA Pet Ins. to any dog or cat lover.

Don't waste your money with this company!!

I got this pet insurance when my dog was 6 months old. She is now 9. I have sent in claims which I would never get any money back for. There was always an excuse about how it wasn't covered. I had one of the most expensive plans paying $80 a month. Over this time I have only received a couple hundred dollars. From the thousands I had put into it. The last straw was my dog had to get a mass removed which was thought to be cancerous. ASPCA pet insurance would not cover ANY of it because they claim that it was a pre existing condition. Didn't know a cancerous mass was a pre existing condition! What is the point of paying $80 a month. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. Wast of money. There are way better pet insurance out there. Or better yet save your own money every month for vet bills. Such a scam.

Great Pet Insurance!

We have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for many years and covered our former pet and our present pet, our Dachshund Happy. We have always been satisfied with this insurance and have been grateful for it! We would not be without this insurance. We get reimbursed for all covered expenses, which helps us supplement what we had to pay to the vets. They are quick on the turn around on claims and have direct deposit available too. We highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance!

Highly recommended

I got insurance for my lab, Precious, from the time she was still young just to have a peace of mind in case of accident. For the first few years price was very reasonable but as they reach senior year ( at about 10 years old ) the price double or triple depending on the plan. But I am thankful to maintain Precious's insurance with ASPCA and never had problem and got reimbursed for most of the expenses she recently had. Recently I even got a follow up call from ASPCA for Precious's last surgery to see how she is doing, a great surprise and pleasant conversation! I highly recommend considering insurance for your pet, definitely worth it.

Filing a claim is easy and convenient.

I just purchased pet insurance due to rescuing a Border Collie/Lab as a puppy and not days later she fractured her back leg at 5 months old, due to her jumping for a toy. Took her to the local Animal Hospital whom took multiple sets of X-rays and required her to be in a hard cast and then a soft cast, which ASPCA covered all exams and tests within the standard amount allowed. Personally, I could not have asked for more from an insurance company. I truly feel that I was provided the coverage as stated in my policy. Too bad my own health insurance can't provide myself painless ways to file a claim.
