Glad To Have

I have two cats and both cats got sick at the same time! My male cat was in kidney failure and had to be in the hospital for several days. His bill was going to be several thousand dollars. My female cat was unable to hold food down and had to have many tests run to find out what was wrong. Both cats are doing fine now but it was expensive. Petshealth paid more than 2/3's of the expense. I am very glad to have this insurance!

Awesome

My Boston Terrier got diagnosed w/ diabetes in May. Since I am only level 2 the insurance would only cover till August! I was worried about this, but I called & talked to Mindy. She gave me more plan options & great advise! I got a case of Petsuline & syringes & the insurance covered it all! It sounds lame (b/c of course you would do that), but I spent almost $750! W/o pet insurance, I would of paid that in full! Plus Mindy gave me the heads up that in August ASPCA wasn't going to cover it! If I never called & chatted to her I would b paying out of pocket! Thank u Mindy!

Very useful insurance for seniors

Premiums a bit high but however it has all paid off. My dog had a cancer operation and a month later an unrelated digit amputation. He is over 13 yrs . The resolution was quick after I mailed claims. No questions were asked . It helped us so much on two very expensive procedures and these operations were done by a non- profit specialized animal hospital. Great service from PHP ( ASPCA).

Outstanding company!

I have been using ASPCA for several years. I was extremely happy with the manner in which they handled the claims for my cat, Tigger, when he was diagnosed with an atypical tumor in his intestines. Despite the vets efforts Tigger passed away. This company was amazing. The compassion shown by the agents I spoke to was unexpected, but welcomed. The company handled all claims quickly and efficiently. No hassle. A couple months later I adopted a nine year old Maine Coon, Magic....BiG cat! Basically a puddle of love on paws. I insured him through ASPCA. Within the first couple of months he started having coughing fits. I took a video of of one of the fits and went to the vet. After several tests and X-rays it was determined he had a bronchial irritation of some sort. Medication was prescribed. He is doing quite well. Fewer coughing fits are occurring. I filed the claims and received an email notification within a couple of days indicating the claims were being processed. Additional emails were sent regarding the claims status. I am thoroughly happy with this insurer. They are quick, thorough and efficient. I appreciate the personal touch in their follow through. Receiving phone calls from agents inquiring about the health and care of my pets. I can't ask for more.

Very helpful health insurance!

For Decades our family has been rescuing Greyhounds. We always try to keep a male and a female. We have also had cats and other dogs. Vet bills can add up quickly. Some years ago we decided to take out health insurance on the hounds. Some years it did not pay but in other years it has been a savior! We have always found the claims to be settled fairly and in a reasonable amount of time. Most recently we had huge bills on one of our dogs who had cancer. ASPCA insurance paid thousands of dollars on that claim. We strongly recommend this coverage.
