Connor's Surgery/ASPCA's Follow up

Our Rott/Sherpard mix is 4 years old. He Injured his right rear leg (CCL injury). Connor received excellent care at VCA Sacramento Vet. Referral Center. Once he came home we received follow up calls from ASPCA asking how Connor was doing. We were reimbursed for almost all the expense for Connor's operation which was a pleasant surprise. We have been with ASPCA for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Our Thanks to Bob (ASPCA) who contacted us yesterday and was extremely helpful and interested in Connor's recovery. We are extremely pleased with the employees at ASPCA and the way Connor has been treated throughout his recovery.

My Yorkie

My Yorkie is named Guapo and came down with Pancreatitis. He was covered and the pay out was quick. ASPCA did a great job of explaining the coverage and I totally new what was going in. Without pet insurance, I may have been hesitant on taking him to the vet. I had peace of mind.

Satisfied with Service, Little Interaction

I have had very little interaction with ASPCA. I have had the policy for a couple of years (maybe 5-6) and have found little need to claim anything thank god. They have responded to claims in a timely manner. I had several small claims that added up to a significant amount.

Glad I had insurance

Hi , my dog Bear was ( Pomeranian / Chihuahua mix ) attacked by another dog and all I can say is that first of all he is completely healed , but I was so glad I had pet health insurance as the surgery he had to have was substantial and the cost was overwhelming .The person of the wishes dog left without saying were he lives or his name ,so we could not get that money back from them . I myself was injured and required emergency room help as he attacked me to . The amount we received from ASPCA was more than I though we would receive and that helped us tremendously . You just never know the future of all that can happen in a pets life .This attack was right in front of our house and felt save .In all the 12 years we have had the pleasure of owning this "Angel" never had this happened to us !! Thank you , Belinda
