ASPCA Pet Insurance is the best investment ever!

We have both our labs insured by ASPCA and couldn't be more pleased with their coverage and service. We especially are impressed with the agents in Customer Service! They are the most friendly and accommodating reps that I have ever had to deal with. I have recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance to all my dog owning friends and their friends too! I highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance!

One Satisfied Customer

We are soooo glad we have pet insurance--to be specific: pet insurance from ASPCA. Our Westie Stuart had some issues last summer through the fall and ASPCA was extremely helpful. They not only followed up to see how our little guy was doing they were very prompt on reimbursements. I recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to all our friends.

Poor Service

I would not recommend ASPCA insurance to anyone. I live in one of the most expensive areas of the country, and their "usual and customary" rates do not take that in to account. Also, they routinely indicate that they need additional information and have contacted the provider. All three of my providers indicated that they never had any contact from ASPCA. The policy does not continue coverage for illness that was diagnosed in the previous policy year - unlike almost every other policy out there. So, after paying premiums for over 10 years, when my dog was diagnosed with diabetes, I had three weeks of coverage. No, I can't get another policy to cover him, so I'm stuck with them - something I'm sure they count on. Claims take weeks to be reimbursed even with electronic submission. Poor service and policy all around.

Helpful insurance plan

Some people say that pet insurance isn't necessary. Wait until their pet has a serious condition. ASPCI/PI has been a reliable backstop for my black lab for seven years. They do what they say they will do with no fuss. I am glad I have them. So is my dog (I think).

Highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance!

Our dog Maverick has been sick since January 30. ASPCA has been very efficient processing claims and sending payment quickly. It has been a very difficult time with our dog both emotionally and financially, having pet insurance has helped offset some of the costs.
