Nice insurance

Had them for over 2 years. Love the service, like the payments. They pay almost everything but since most vets grossly overcharge and they pay 80% of reasonable and customary it sometimes doesn't come too close. However, I thankfully didn't have any bills over 500 bucks and also only had a few a year so I'm in a minus. But will keep it in case I need it in the future (hopefully not). Overall I like them and will stay with them.

Great reliable pet insurance for a decent price

I have had ASPCA pet insurance for my cats for years now following an emergency. It is the best money I could spend each month knowing that even if an unexpected illness come upon one of my girls I will have some help paying the overwhelming vet bills. The representatives, should you ever need to call, are extrememly pleasant and helpful and even will follow up with you to see how everyone is feeling. I have a cat with severe allergies who I could never afford to help without ASPCA pet insurance. I have often reccommended them to people while waiting in vet offices. Also, the new online claim center makes filing and tracking your claims even easier. I will never let my girls go without coverage from ASPCA pet insurance again.

Thank you ASPCA Pet Insurance!

ASPCA was so very kind when I explained Genaveve's illness. After several studies, the hospital explained that she likely has steroid responsive meningitis. We were heartbroken but remain optimistic. Genaveve is still on prednisone and is doing better. She is monitored closely. ASPCA has been through this with us all the way and continues to be. I'm so grateful to them in the way they handled our claims and gave us emotional support as well. Thank you ASPCA! Jennie

Great Customer Service

I was warned when I decided to buy pet insurance that the companies that offer the insurance are a scam and they never pay off claims or delay payment. My experience with ASPCA Pet Insurance has been the complete opposite. They have worked with me to get claims submitted and paid correctly, answer every question and do what they say. There customer service is the best!
