Well Cared For Pup, Thank you!

I have had ASPCA for the 9 years with my miniature pinscher and she has been through a lot the last 3 years with MRIs, ICU care, and lastly knee surgery. ASPCA has done well above my expectations and continue to support my baby Gia. Even the yearly premiums aren't that bad and its worth the investment. Thank you so much, I will continue to tell others about this insurance!

Scammers

Go to BBB AND YELP and read all the negative reviews. They are misleading. They lie and don't tell you they will find a way not to pay you. It's called deceptive buisiness practice. Getting ready to go to the NYS insurance department, NYS Attorney General office and consumers fraud.

Glad we purchased this insurance . . .

Our cat Kong was limping and lethargic at the worst possible time for vet treatment - Christmas Eve! We took him to our neighborhood vet but then had to go to the Animal Emergency Clinic who are open 24-7, including holidays. Kong is an older outdoor cat, usually healthy except for an extremely expensive (total of nearly $3,000) urinary tract infection several years ago that prompted us to buy insurance! This time we think he had eaten something he could not digest (bony material) in addition to having been in a fight and sustained a few wounds, both of which resulted in an infection and temperature.

Very happy

I have been using ASPCA for my aging dog for about a year now. I did a lot of research to ensure my dog would be covered since many companies offer cover just very basic services. There are some companies that won't even cover dogs/cats past a certain age. ASPCA has reimbursed me for dental cleanings, meds and various doctors visits. The claim process is pretty simple and easy to follow. I've only had to follow up a couple times when they required additional information from the veterinarian. That held the process up for a couple weeks. I'm glad I chose ASPCA, its been a good experience!

Would Recommend ASPCA

As a Pet owner I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance. I have been very happy with the prompt and professional way my Kitties, Oliver and Lilly's claims have been handled. Recently Lilly stopped eating and drinking water and was vomiting. I don't think that anything is more upsetting to any pet owner than this. After taking Lilly in to our vet , she was diagnosed and treated and within a few days started eating and drinking. Within a few more days she was back to her old self. Her claim was submitted and we were reimbursed within an appropriate time span. Thanks again to ASPCA Pet Insurance and to our Wonderful Vet!
