ASPCA representatives are very compassionate .

Ginger, developed a tumor on her right rear paw between her last two toes. As soon as the vet examined her, he scheduled her for surgery. Two days later, Ginger had surgery. The tumor was benign. A week after her surgery, Ginger developed an infection on the same paw. All of the claims were handled in a prompt manner. I was quite pleased with the percentage of the reimbursement for the veterinarian's charges. I have submitted several claims for Ginger over the last four and a half years. All of the claims have been completed in a timely manner. The ASPCA staff is courteous and compassionate. Someone always gives me a follow up call to check on Ginger's health. I always recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to my friends.

Outstanding company

I've had ASPCA insurance company for about 3 years now for my dog bongo. We recently added our new puppy Cali to the plan. This is an excellent company. For every accident or illness that bongo had, the reimbursement was almost immediate. The claim process is easy to file. What I love most about this insurance is that they always add a personal touch with the coverage - each time that my dog had surgery or an illness, I've received calls from them a few days later; saying that they are calling to see how he is doing... That wowed me. You don't even get that from medical health insurance companies. Staffs are overly friendly. Just overall phenomenal!

Excellent Coverage

I had only had my insurance coverage for about 2 months when we discovered that my toy poodle had a large blood clot in his lung that would have to be removed surgically. The cost ran into the $1,000's but just over half of that was covered by his insurance. They paid quickly and without a hassle and I'm a very satisfied with the service.

Great service

Our 14 years old cat Don was quite healthy all the years with us, but suddenly get small tumor on the paw. After surgery recovered well and we received immediate call from ASPCA with concern. All bills were covered and this helps as well. Great company and we're glad to have coverage. Thanks to all.

Great Care of our Missy.

Missy became seriously ill and passed away within days. ASPCA handled our claim so fast. I received a condolence call from them a few weeks later, which I thought was to sweet. They have handled several claims on Missy over the 10 years we had her. Great service and helped pay a good portion of the bills. I'm so glad we had this insurance
