Very helpful and supportive, and they pay!!

My dog fell down an embankment with my daughter in tow and ended up tearing her cruciate ligament and needed TPLO surgery. I have heard these surgeries are not usually covered by insurance companies and I thought I was really going to be disappointed but to my very appreciative relief they paid the majority of the bill! I'm so happy, I really didn't know how I was going to pay for the surgery Chloe needed. Thank you ASPCA!!

Dependable great service

I'm always thankful that we have a great pet insurance plan in case anything ever happens to our dog. They make the claim process very efficient and easy to use. I only have great praise for the plan and the team behind it.

Best investment I ever made.

There was no way to know when we took in our kitty that she was going to have consistent issue with vomiting. We have a folder from our vet so huge they had to send it out for professional photocopying rather than take up their copier. If it hadn't been for our ASPCA insurance, we never would have been able to afford to give her the medical care she needs.

ASPCA representatives are very compassionate .

Ginger, developed a tumor on her right rear paw between her last two toes. As soon as the vet examined her, he scheduled her for surgery. Two days later, Ginger had surgery. The tumor was benign. A week after her surgery, Ginger developed an infection on the same paw. All of the claims were handled in a prompt manner. I was quite pleased with the percentage of the reimbursement for the veterinarian's charges. I have submitted several claims for Ginger over the last four and a half years. All of the claims have been completed in a timely manner. The ASPCA staff is courteous and compassionate. Someone always gives me a follow up call to check on Ginger's health. I always recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to my friends.
