ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

I called to get the forms which were mailed out promptly. I submitted it and they validated the information and sent payment promptly. Most impressively whenever I spoke with a representative they always asked and showed concern for the health of my pet. It was as if the considered Casey a member of their family as well as mine.

Very simple to submit claim. Quick response. Did not pay 80% as expected because the "reasonable and customary" prices are higher here in California.

I recently filed two claims under my ASPCA pet insurance, one for each of my dogs, Schultz and Honey. ASPCA claim forms are very easy to complete; the questions are very straightforward. It takes less than 30 minutes to print out the forms, answer the questions, attach the vet's invoice and get the package in the mail. ASPCA sent regular email updates on the process, especially when there was a delay in getting additional information regarding Schultz's illness from the vet. ASPCA kept me updated on their attempts to contact the vet and notified me immediately when all the information had been received and the claim processed. They notified me the same day that the reimbursement check was on its way. I have had insurance on both dogs for many years and ASPCA always fulfills its obligations under our contract.

In the past 2 years I had 4-5 claims for my 3 dogs. The claim process was very easy. All I need to do is download the form and fill up the basic information about my dog then E-mail the application with receipts. Couple weeks later I received the reimbursed. I also received a phone call from ASPCA to make sure they are Okay. I am happy I choiced the ASPCA pet health insurance for my dogs .

My monthly rate affordable, and the amount of coverage I have means that it more than pays for itself after one or two larger vet bills. The claims process is simple, and claims are reviewed and handled quickly. And the customer service so far has been fantastic - every time I've had a question, I've gotten a quick answer from a friendly person on the phone. And after my dog had an ear infection and some skin irritation, a rep from ASPCA called to make sure I didn't have any questions about my claim and to see how my dog was feeling - so nice!
