Mitzi developed lymphoma right after her fourteenth birthday. Her trips to Virginia Maryland Teaching Hospital were weekly for five months of chemo. I have had Petshealth Care Plan for my cats from almost the first day it was available. I have been very satisfied with the customer service, the prompt and fair payment of claims, and the concern of the representatives.I especially appreciate being able to speak to a human when I have a question, and a very pleasant one at that! I have recently had a very serious incident with one of my cats, and received a phone call to see how he was doing. My insurance company never called me! Even though there is more competition today, I have no reason to consider another carrier.
