Lymphoma

Mitzi developed lymphoma right after her fourteenth birthday. Her trips to Virginia Maryland Teaching Hospital were weekly for five months of chemo. Thanks to her insurance plan most of her treatment was covered and I spent those months with my beloved little dog. The chemo was successful and Mitzi was in remission. Pet insurance is very important if your pet is considered part of your family.

UTIs and Struvite Crystals

Our year old Golden Retriever has been challenged with recurrent UTIs and struvite crystals. It's been a labor intensive process with several office visits, ultrasounds and urinalyses. The majority of these expenses were covered and quickly reimbursed. It couldn't be easier to file a claim and the customer service staff is knowledgeable and professional. In addition, the monthly premium is reasonable. We are so pleased that we decided to purchase pet insurance and that we chose ASPCA.

Compassion and Efficiency

I have been a subscriber to ASPCA insurance for almost four years now, after I retired from the federal government and my shih tzu dogs were getting older. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to cover any catastrophic problem without having to think about where I would get the funds to pay for any expensive procedures. All went well until this year when both dogs were diagnosed with chronic illnesses. For the first time I had to file some claims and the service was not only prompt and efficient but I also received calls asking about how my pups were doing and whether I had any further concerns or questions. This kind of compassion and concern is something that I have never encountered before from any insurance company and it certainly makes me feel good about being a client of ASPCA pet insurance. My dogs are quite precious to me and to have such quality service is worth more than I can say. Kudos to ASPCA Pet Insurance for maintaining such a high standard from their employees.

Petshealth care plan best insurance around!

I have had Petshealth Care Plan for my cats from almost the first day it was available. I have been very satisfied with the customer service, the prompt and fair payment of claims, and the concern of the representatives.I especially appreciate being able to speak to a human when I have a question, and a very pleasant one at that! I have recently had a very serious incident with one of my cats, and received a phone call to see how he was doing. My insurance company never called me! Even though there is more competition today, I have no reason to consider another carrier.
