Files a claim, it got paid

We filed a claim for something like $1600. They paid the claim promptly according to the terms of the policy. Filed the claim on line. It was easy and it worked according to plan.

ASPCA insurance is the best!

They have been the best insurance company for my pets. The claims come in a very timely manner, they always check up on my pets and they really care about them! I've recommended them to all of my friends that have pets!

Best way to protect your pets

I've had several claims with my little adventurous puppy. I don't have to worry about what is or isn't covered, where I have to go or anything like that. I just take my dog to the vet and submit the claim. Its easy, fast and they call to ask how my dog is doing during the process. They are awesome.

Excellent insurance

ASPCA Pet Insurance insured Edward when no other pet insurance would. During Edward's last visit to the vet, he had several growths removed under anesthesia that were then biopsied. The bill was about $900 and ASPCA Pet Insurance paid 80% of it. No trouble. No negotiating. No argument. In the future when we get another pet, we will be looking to ASPCA Pet Insurance.

So far So good

I have only been with ASPCA since November 2015, however, it does what it says. I love how helpful the staff is when I have had to call them to ask questions. Claims that I have submitted were submitted in a timely manner, and coverage remained true to policy description. My Maggie will probably be with ASPCA for a very long time. Thanks
