Pleasantly surprised

We took our dog in for what was supposed to be a routine teeth cleaning. Come to find out, it wasn't routine. X-rays, extractions and more. We were ready for the cost of the cleaning, the extra $600 due was a surprise. Luckily, all of it was covered by our ASPCA pet policy. It took the financial pressure off of us and we were able to focus on our recovering dog.

Great Service

The claim processing was timely and the explanation of benefits provided along with the claim gave transparency into what was refunded and what was not covered. They called after to check on Nashe!

Our cat recently had two surgeries

Our cat recently had two surgeris related to a urinary obstruction. Our insurance claims were processed quickly and efficiently and we were lept informed about the current status of the process. We were also very impressed with the concern about our cat and the follow up about the progress of his recovery.

Very satisfied customer

I recently submitted 2 claims. One was for dental cleaning and the other was for overnight stays at the vet for joint issues with my dog. I received $200 reimbursement for a $500 claim and $175 for a $300 claim. I am very happy with my costs for my pet. I have to mention that their customer service is impeccable. They are always so helpful and very patient.
