So far so good!

Roscoe is possibly heading for surgery. One we could not afford until now, because we now have pet insurance. We are depending on ASPCA to cover most of the cost. We wondered if we could keep the insurance as our monthly fee is much higher now. We decided to hang on, and thanking we will reap the benifit with this surgery the cost of removing both eye's cateract.

Pet Insurance a great investment.

Our dog Foxy starting having stomach problems and we took her to our regular vet. It was determined she swallowed a bone and it was stuck in her throat. We had to take her to a specialist and they were able to treat her with IV's and no invasive surgery was required. Both of our claims were taken care of and we are very happy with the process plus the fact that Foxy is fully recovered.

Excellent customer service

This insurance company has the most genuinely caring staff I have ever dealt with. I have a senior 13 year old lab who has had her share of medical problems over the years including squamous cell carcinoma, retinal ulcer, and arthritis. All my claims have been honored and paid in a timely manner. I would refer anyone considering pet insurance to go with ASPCA. They are wonderful.

Disappointed for the price

Even though I picked the highest quality package I am disappointed in what was actually covered. I was under the impression they would reimburse 90% of the spay fee. They barely covered 1/4 of the cost. That's just one of the many disappointments of this policy.

Peace of MInd

We have used ASPCA pet insurance for years and it has been a wonderful experience. Especially, when we had to take our pets to the emergency vet. It is such a stressful experience but we always knew we had the safety net so the financial burden would not be such a worry. We always knew our pet would receive excellent care. Our reimbursements have been fast. Recently, our Boston Terrier Spike hurt his back to the point we could not even pet him. He feels better now and we thought nothing of going to the emergency vet.
