Great company

I had decided to cancel my enrollment because my dog had not had any accidents/illnesses. When I called to cancel the very friendly staff person I spoke with kindly said that since my dog was older if I cancelled I would not be able to easily re-enroll if anything changed. Based on her advice I kept up with the insurance and its a good thing I did. It wasn't very long after that I really needed the insurance due to some large medical costs. They could have easily cancelled me and never advised me, but since they did I have been able to save a ton of money. I am very grateful for their caring attitude and they earned a long time customer based on that one phone call. Reimbursement for expenses is always fast. Website is very easy to use. I highly recommend. When your dog gets sick the last thing you want is to have to say "no I can't afford it"... or pay for it and be broke as a result. Then you're dealing with the pain of your dog's illness AND money problems. It's so much better to be able to say, yes please go ahead with treatment and know that it is paid for. (and not primarily by you!)

Great response and coverage

We had our first issue and ASPCA was great. I submitted the claim and paperwork online and had a check in our mailbox less than a month later. They even added on a line item that I left off. I would absolutely recommend.

Convenient Peace of Mind

I've had ASPCA insurance for my German Shepherd mix for 6 months now. I purchased this insurance on the recommendation from a friend. I'm glad I did. My dog is had two accidents in this time. Both of the claims I submitted were paid in a timely manner, and were easy and convenient to submit online. I received my direct deposit reimbursement within two weeks of submitting my claim. A customer service representative followed up on both claims as well. I would recommend this insurance to a friend.
