Great, consistent service in good times and bad

I am very happy with my coverage - people answer the phone without having to wade through dozens of phone menus, everyone is helpful and professional. 99% of the time I am filing claims for routine wellness but this summer our dog did have a scary emergency where her shoulder was lacerated. I felt totally confident charging the costs of her sutures and anesthesia, a costly vet visit, knowing that I could count on timely reimbursement without a lot of hassle. Thank you!!

I bought this insurance a few month ago. I agree with many of who wrought the reviews that preexistent condition should be covered. So far, I had a good experience with this insurance, let see how it is going to be later on. Hope this experience will continue.

My pet inc. is a God send.

I have 3 little fur babies and it seems like they all have to go to the vet at once. That's a hand full, so they go one at a time. Thank God I have only had a couple of real bad things go wrong. My chihuahua Baxter had something happen to his liver. I was so afraid I was gong to lose him, and so was the vet. But thankfully we pulled him through. Then Skittles tore her ACL, that wasn't fun for sure. But we got her up and going in no time. I'm so glad I have my pet inc. I would have vet bills coming out my ears. ASPCA vet inc. is so great to have when you need it, I suggest everyone get it for their fur babies.
