Glad we have the insurance for Mai Tai

After Mai Tai jumped for a ball and tore the ligaments in her knee and an unexpected expensive surgery we decided to look into pet insurance and found ASPCA Pet Insurance. We are very happy we did. Over the years Mai Tai has had a few medical issues and ASPCA has been there. Claims are easy to file and reimbursement is quick. We have had 2 calls from customer service to check on Mai Tai from our last claim. Thank You ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Great!

When I first signed up for pet insurance for my cockapoo 5 years ago, I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you!

There when I needed it

I have a Dachshund, so I know they are prone to back problems and got insurance for the day when I might face that battle. Well, it was a much more mundane reason that I had to make a claim - my dog got into a neighbor's garbage and that caused him gastrointestinal problems for weeks. When I was out of denial that his problem would resolve itself I brought him to the vet where he got excellent care. I admit to being hesitant to filing a claim for fear of rising premiums, but having paid premiums for six years without ever filing a claim, I decided that I needed to go for it. The process was easy and the ability to file claims and upload documents electronically was convenient. My claim was settled within weeks and electronic deposit of my reimbursement makes that convenient too. I thought the reimbursement amount was fair after meeting the annual deductible. The explanation of benefits statement clearly explained what was and was not reimbursed and provided a note when items were denied. The best part was the follow-up phone call I got from ASPCA to check on Lucky and see how he was doing after his garbage "dinner". That was a nice touch.
