Great Coverage & Customer Service!

I've been using ASPCA insurance for my pets for a few years now, and I have been so happy with their service! The coverage is really good, though to add dental would make things a little too pricey for me, which is my inly complaint. It's been such a relief to be able to receive the financial assistance of great pet health insurance! Reimbursement is good and fast, and they even call to check up on the health of my pets! I highly recommend this insurance to any pet owner.

pleasant experience

Wish I had this insurance when Annie Love was treated after having swallowed a poisonous mushroom. Her treatment was very costly and she spent a week in the hospital. Immediately applied for pet insurance and the peace of mind has been invaluable. Since then she has had an UTI and ear infections. Our experience with this pet insurance has been very good. Premiums for pet care can be expensive but when treatment is needed, a reliable company is important. Claims are paid promptly along with follow up calls to insure satisfaction.

Great service

Daisy, our 4 lb. poodle had a serious bout with an intestinal infection which necessitated several vet visits, blood tests, x-rays and medications ending up with nearly $1000 in vet bills. Shortly after her recovery, she had her teeth cleaned. I was pleased when I submitted the two requests that I received an email acknowledgement and an update on status. We were also pleased with the amount of reimbursement and the followup call we received. We just renewed the policy.

ASPCA Insurance is there when I need it.

I have had a rescue cat, Scruffy, for about 8 years now. I got ASPCA insurance for him about a year after I rescued him, not because he needed it then but because I knew, down the road, I would have to deal with medical issues. Happily I rarely used my insurance until last year but since then, these good folks have been there for me as Scruffy was diagnosed with diabetes (and the cost of care for this disease is not cheap). In addition he developed thickening of his intestinal wall and we are trying various procedures and tests and bloodwork to find the cause. Through it all, ASPCA has been there to help with the bills and calling to check on my kitty. Great customer service.
