Quick Reimbursements and Great Customer Service!

We have two Golden Retrievers who have entered their senior years. We've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. The premiums are reasonable, the coverage is good, and claims are easy to file and are processed quickly with quick reimbursement. It's stressful enough when your pets are not well, so it's quite a relief to have the insurance claims experience be easy and stress-free.

Professional and friendly customer service

We looked for pet insurances for our 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks and ended up with ASPCA. We did the set up over the phone and we have had 1 claim in our first year. Both times I was very impressed with their customer service. It takes very little time to talk to a person and they won't rest until all questions are answered.

Very good insurance

I have had this insurance for about a year now. I chose it because of the way they process their claims and the things they covered. I chose a 90% reimbursement and i pay no deductible. My doggie is a Yorkie Maltese mix. I have filed claims for illness and wellness over the past year without any issues. The reimbursement is deposited into my checking acct in a timely manner. They are also very good at communicating with me via email. I am very happy with ASPCA and would highly recommend them.

All good experiences. ASPCA really cares about my dogs!

We have two GSD mixes, a 3 year old and a 10 month pup. Our puppy Abbey started limping one day so we watched her for about 3 weeks, it came and went but seemed to progressively get worse. We asked our daycare , whom are trainers, what they thought and they mentioned perhaps lyme diasease. This of course triggered a trip to vet. All tests were neg. but the limp persisted. While playing in the yard shortly there after Abbey yelped and began to really favor the leg which led to another trip to the vet. It was recommended that we get X-rays of her leg the following day so loving our dog that is what we did. All the while we were worried wether or not our ASPCA Insurance would be there for us in this situation. Again all X-rays were neg and she was put on an anti inflammatory which seemed to help. I submitted all the claims not knowing exactly what was going to happen. I am very happy to say that ASPCA Insurance was with us all the way. The peace of mind I get knowing that is immeasurable. At no time will the health and wellbeing of my pet be something I must worry about with ASPCA on my side. Thank You ASPCA! P.S. Abbey is doing fine now and driving us crazy we love it!

Best thing I've ever done for my puppy

I have a 6 month old Golden Retriever that was spayed and had complications after surgery. ASPCA reimbursed me within one week of submitting a claim. My pup is now much better! I don't have to worry about costly bills when my dog gets sick. Having ASPCA pet insurance is such a relief!!
