Most Caring Insurance For Pets and Owners

The ASPCA Pet Insurance is the most caring insurance carrier around. As an employee who works for a health insurance carrier for humans, I see first hand how most insurance companies are a business. Most insurance carriers issue EOBs and post policies on their website, but the ASPCA Pet Insurance is the only insurance carrier to call and ask how your pet is doing. They refer to your pet by their name and follow-up after their claims have been paid. It shows that they are caring and consider your pet and you as a member of their family. Why go to a business when you can go to family? At the ASPCA Pet Insurance, they are your family. Great company and phenomenal benefits.

Came Through Once Again

Once again ASPCA Pet Insurance came through for me for a pet illness. From the chronic Pancreatitis of my male cat to the recent abscess procedure and follow up of my female cat, they have been there without fail. Thank you!

Great Comany

I love aspca because they really care about you and your pet. I love the fast response time regarding any claims that have been submitted. I pay out pocket and get reimbursed for almost all of the money I have paid.

Easy Breezy and Perfect!!

This is my first time having a pet and insurance for him. When i first purchase insurance, it didnt seem real because you have to pay out of pocket and they reimburse you after. So i always thought, there you tons of calls and arguements in order to get my money back. BUT!!! ASPCA prooved my thoughts 100% wrong and made my life so easy especially when i had back to back 10 claims because my baby had some health issue. It was one easy form to fill for claim with invoice and boom i get my money back with promissing percentage. definitelt will recommend to others. And again Thank you ASPCA for covering my baby and making my life much easy and one less stress.

Monthly Cost

Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.

Coverage

The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%

Payout Limits

Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option. No lifetime limits.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment. If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee. Accident-Only coverage available.
