Don't waste your money
Waste of money. Submitted claim for well pet visit over a month ago. Haven't even received any acknowledgement of the claim being received. Called twice and was told things were slow due to covid. Policy states claims are processed in 3 to 5 business days. I can understand things are slow, but a month later? Certainty arent slow in charging my credit card every month for the premium. I will be looking for a new insurer.
