You didn't pay a dime, nothing I am glad you didn't, saved me from paying you premiums only to find out It is a ripoff.....

The free insurance you get when you register a pup is WORTHLESS. Our pup has a heart problem (didn't know till went to vet) a couple days after purchase. We signed up for the free month pet insurance, and was going to buy a policy until they denied a wellness visit and testing at Purdue for a heart problem. They paid absolutely 0. I will save the premiums and pay as i go as i always have without having some loophole you didn't have the right policy or we don't cover that......

My Vet tells me she sends her notes...

My Vet tells me she sends her notes etc with each office visit and feels it is redundant that she must resubmit her notes for ALL previous visits. She felt this is a redo of all the previous visits that have been submitted. Thank you for letting me know
