All of my experiences with staff have been very positive from reception to vet techs, to veterinarian. They take the necessary time during appointments to answer questions and deal with me, the pet owner, and my pets kindly. When my last dog passed away due to a coyote attack, the compassion shown by the staff meant the world to me. This included the business making a contribtion to a sanctuary in his name. It sincerely touched my heart.

We recently (Aug.'23)needed medical help w/ our Cattle dog/ red heeler. Geneva Lakes Animal Hosp. In Walworth, was SUPER helpful, and diagnosed her issue right away ! I give this office a 10 star rating !!!! Thank-U ~Nh

My cat needed a wellness exam and a rabies shot before I could schedule a grooming. He was clean, but just needed some mats removed. The doctor was kind enough to do a quick clipper shave on him to get rid of the worst of his mats, thus saving me a trip back there. I can easily take care of the rest of the matting myself. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I felt very good about taking my cat there.

Our pug’s spay was fast and the incision was very small. Her recovery back to normal activity was next day, and her pain has been minimal. We have been very impressed by the level of skill and care at Geneva Lakes Animal Hospital. Their costs are also very fair and competitive. Highly recommend.

Very skilled n friendly staff Dr's and receptionist were both very helpful and knowledgeable the place had clean organized office n rooms and I feel the love that they have for your pets I feel that my pets are in great hands and their in safe hands helping me make the best decisions for my pets love this place that's why I give 5 🌟 STARS!!!
