Everything was great the vet was thorough and quick! Even fit me in on a Saturday! What made me write this review in the first place the follow up call from manager Kaonue on Monday morning called me after my services were rendered on Saturday to ask for more money because they sold me the wrong shampoo! And she hung up the phone on me when I asked for her name! That’s why they are getting 3 stars instead of 5!

I took my dogs for vaccination there and the vet was more concerned about things not relevant to their health. He was really recommending dental cleaning on them even with their tooth cleaned (I brush them daily) and asked to take blood tests on them to perform the cleaning anyway. I received the reports saying they were OK for the sedation procedure for cleaning the tooth. One year later, I discovered that the report was not approved for sedation at all because of a kidney disease that he has not initiated any treatment one year ago. Now, my dog is suffering of the consequences of having not initiated a treatment soon, because Dr was forcing us to not relevant procedures. I would definitely avoid them as much as I can.

We were able to get our dog in quickly for an appointment when she had an eye infection, when our normal vet couldn't see her for days. The prices were very reasonable and everyone was so nice. I would consider making this my regular vet in the future.
