While visiting from out of state, my dog became ill. She was seen within an hour of my call. When I arrived the staff were professional, kind, and patient, and had already contacted my home state vet to obtain relevant health information. Dr. Olson treated her promptly and provided a thorough explanation of my dog's issues and made follow-up plans. My dog was treated as if she were an established patient, rather than an urgent care pup, and we could not have had a better experience. Many thanks to Dr. Olson and the staff.
