Amazing staff and perfect care for all of our animals, even the growly one. They are there to help when you need them which is all I’ve wanted from our vets. We had urgent care needs for a senior feline and they were gracious and non judgmental of our struggles towards the end with our kitty. They are fair priced and no pressure which is soemthing rare I hear, so I figured I would add this review to support them ❤️

Hunt Trap Fish !

I called to have records sent to my current vet, for our cat, who has been missing since last night. I asked for them to email records to the area vets, bc our cat IS micro-chipped. The person on the phone not only failed to introduce themself, but continually reminded me that “we are with patients” and repeatedly asked me to “make my call quick” and said “I’ll just have to call you back”. I used to love this clinic, but this complete lack of compassion was ridiculous — especially for a place that is supposed to care about animals and their owners.
