We had to put my daughters rat down a few weeks ago. Even though it’s a good thought that rat was my daughter’s best friend. Well, after calling around many places GOT LAUGHED AT. Westgate animal hospital took us in and treated us with nothing but respect and sympathy. 100% recommend this place!

Horrible receptionists, smiled and chuckled at me trying to get a very sick dog in. I was upset. Nobody in the waiting room and 2 cars in the parking lot. Brought a stool sample in and paid for it. They left me and my dog hanging with no results. Told me they wouldn't give me results and no more service. Over 15 years I've never felt so offended and underrated. Plu in the end couldn't give me the results to help my dog. Pathetic

Such a caring staff. My puppo got hit on the hwy right in front of them and rushed into them where she did have to get put down but they were so caring and sympathetic they took care of all cost also because of the situation my family and I are very greatdul for them in this tragedy !
