I love this place! I think I’ve seen each vet in the practice and they’re all very knowledgeable and attentive to my 3 pups. The front desk staff are wonderful as well! I always feel so welcomed. Kalyn and the other vet techs are accommodating and so helpful. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment as soon as I’d like. However, the fact that they have so many patients is a testament to how great they are!

The team of care experts that work here are so patient and so kind! Not just with my fur baby but also with my children! I brought my son along for the last vet visit and the tech was so engaging with my son - asking him questions, making him feel very important. It’s important for my children to understand what takes place during the vet visits and who is taking care of our pets. Thank you! Both visits have been top notch!

This is the best clinic ever. They are so accommodating of my fear aggressive dog who after a traumatizing visit at another clinic, would no longer let any veterinary staff touch him. Staples Mill is so willing to work with him and have been doing so with great success. He goes in tail wagging and I love that they never force or pressure him. We always leave happy.

This office is by far the best. From the staff to the care, they are top notch! My dogs got kennel cough. Despite being booked, they made room and fit me in and took care of my fur babies. Side note, my dog has stranger danger outside in the real world but at this office, Mabel has always felt comfortable and at home. I am so thankful to have such a caring veterinary family❤️🐾
