We went to Dr. Radomski for the first time a few weeks ago on the recommendation of a neighbor. I called for an urgent matter and they were able to see us the next day. Unheard of at our previous vet. I called a second time for another urgent matter and again they were able to see us the following day. Everyone we met in the office and spoke with on the phone has been super nice. As my boy is getting older I want more personal care and attention for him so we are making the transition from a national chain with terrible customer service to a nice office with nice people who know who you are when you come in. They actually answer the phone, don't put you on hold for 15 minutes and are very friendly. I'm happy we are getting off of the assembly line that was our previous vet and I'm looking forward to Dr. Radomski being our new vet. I only wish we had made that decision sooner :)

The vet is great and so is the staff! This is my second dog I take here now. My recently passed pittie, was taken care of and given the best care possible! I will never go anywhere else!

Best veterinarian clinic I've ever been to... Very efficient and the Doc doesn't charge you an arm and a leg.. the staff were very pleasant and very helpful with questions... Awesome place to take your pet if you'd rather not deal with extremely sterile corporate entities that care only about the money

Amazing office! Needed an urgent appointment and was seen within two hours of calling, which is very rare due to the current shortage of vets. Staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. The doc took time to explain everything from the procedure to anatomy. The front desk made sure to go over medication thoroughly. All my questions were answered and my dog is back to being his usual self. Highly recommend!
