When we decide to visit the vet, we have to overcome many fears. I think one of the biggest concern among them is whether they would truly care for animals, including the ones we brought. It was my first visit, but I recommand them to be trustworthy veterinarians.

Dr. Mason is an amazing veterinarian. So kind and caring to our two dogs and very skilled at explaining things in a way you as the pet owner can understand. She caught something in one of our dogs that our old vet did not and was able to treat it quickly with antibiotics. The practice is very thoughtful about suggesting services your animals need and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. We just met Dr. S and were very happy with our visit with her as well.

Friendly staff and good doctors. My kitty wasn't happy with having to go to the vet, but she calmed down and let the doc check her out without too much fuss. We will be back again

Dr. Mason and her staff are amazing. Props to one of the few locally-owned veterinary practices left in Richmond. Her approach to care is rational and strategic and her pricing is fair (comparatively less than a lot of places around). One of my cats seriously wouldn't still be here if it weren't for her. If you're in the Richmond area, and need a vet, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
