I am grateful they took my 2 dogs here and they do have reasonable pricing. I wasn't charged extra for my dog being in heat and they provide you with all the information you need for vaccines,test, etc. In the emails when they confirm the appointment they provide ALL information including paperwork that makes it easier for you to take all filled out. They also include drop off/ pick up information and advise that there is a line. The line wasn't long and they do have their process or waiting and having one person at a time enter while they process your pets in which is understandable. Again I am truly grateful

Cheap place to get your fur baby taken care of. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone who need vaccines or spay/neuter for you cat or dog!

They took such wonderful care of my sweet little dog. I checked him in in the morning and picked up my newly neutered little guy that afternoon. He healed perfect and was back to normal in two days.

Kincheloe is great and reasonably priced. One of few places in VA where you can obtain care for feral cats without an appointment. Bring ferals in a trap. Complete forms for care before you show up. Arrive early because a line forms on most days. Double check the forms to ensure you receive the care you want.
