The front desk staff and techs are very nice and want to help to their best ability. I was able to get my sick dog in for a same day appointment. Unlike our previous vet, Jermantown AH didn’t pushback or try to make me feel bad for asking if they could see my dog today. Dr Johnson is so kind and empathetic, she is thorough and cares for your pet. We truly appreciate the care we received today and look forward to having our dogs get continued care here Highly recommend

My first experience with JAH was bringing in my foster - Echo for a visit to check for a UTI. It turned out to be the best veterinary visit I’ve had. I loved how she was treated like a VIP and that I could be in the room with her while she had her exam. Dr. Johnson and her staff are super stars and I wouldn’t trust any of my pets with anyone else. Want proof? My service dog is now a patient at JAH and because Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns my girl Remedy is doing so much better!!! Every chance I get I am referring you all for your solid care, patience and respect for my pet and foster!!!

My dog loved the place. It smelled quality air freshner. We waited for the vet in the spacious room alone. The staff brought him a bowl of water right away. The vet followed up after 2 days. My dog recovered after successful treatment.

Great place to take your dog!! This vet is kind and friendly and they really make efforts to make your dog feel comfortable and have a positive experience. They got us an appointment very quickly as well. Friendly staff. My dog is a rescue (and nervous) and they really do a lot (like not restraining and positive reinforcement and distraction and even calming scents!) to make sure pet is comfortable. Above and beyond!
