I used to like this place until they changed it last week. It was the WAY they wouldnt accommodate me. I read their website that said walk-ins tues thru sat from 9-1. So i went to great lengths to round up our phsyco cat that hates the kennel. He bloodied up my husbands arms and hands bad trying to get him in. Drove 30 min to get there by 830 so i could get him in and out quicker since he was freaking out in the cage only to find out they changed the procedure last week to appts only "and we dont have any openings today" and thats final. She wouldnt budge. Clearly this cat was traumitized and she had no compassion for him or me. I can see sticking with the rules but also being kind enough to bend them depending whats going on. (especially since i thought it was walk ins. Thats how its been for years) The shots take less than 5 min. I just thought given the circumstance she could have been kinder and tried to make an exception since there was a misunderstanding. She had her mind made up that she wouldn't budge and she sure didn't.
