On 10/13/23 I took my dog Sam in because her behavior had changed. I had the difficult news of making a hard decision or a harder decision. My dog crossed over to the rainbow bridge that day and Dr. Johnston and her team took THE BEST care of her. They were so patient, kind and respectful. Sam got to enjoy pizza and chocolate and feel the love from her family in a private room. I will always appreciate everything the team did including sending me the imprint of her nose and paw. I have one other senior dog and will only take her here to Great Northwest because of all of the amazing and professional experiences we have had here. Thank you to such a great and caring team for all that you did. We love you sweet Sammy.

The Great Northwest animal hospital staff service was absolutely wonderful, again. The triage attendant was courteous and treated my pet well. She asked questions about health concerns, was gentle with my pet. She also provided costs for certain immediate service. Great Northwest You're absolutely fabulous. This is the perfect place for my feline Cuddles.

Great attention to detail and quality care and service for our dog. Both Dr. Travis and Michelle have been helpful and wonderful. The staff is friendly and provide great customer service.

Great visit, for our two dogs, we highly recommend this place. The Dr. and staff were very knowledgeable and informed us of our options with vaccinations and examinations. We will be bringing our pets now here permanently!
