🚨⚠️Beware⚠️🚨😔 We had been the only ones to cut our furry babys nails and she was always cool and calm when we would. However, we brought her here to get her shots and the older lady vet offered nail trimming services. We said why not, however, that lady was shaking so bad like she had health issues or frustrations from her day, that when she cut my babys nails, she cut almost all of them way too short that my baby was bleeding and so scared and panicking that of course it made it worse, that my poor baby had to have her nails cauterized and wrapped in bandages becasue of all the blood. This lady needs to retire or stop doing this because this was a horrible experience, especially considering my furry baby has never been the same when we go to cut her nails again. My baby was traumatized by this vet😔 Never again. Please beware...

I pulled up at 518 to request a microchip scan on a hit by car cat. Said to call so I did 3x. No answer, phones transferred already. I knocked on the door and nothing. 530 is when they close. It would have taken less than a minute to check for a chip.

The management and staff consistently displayed friendly, professional, respectful, and supportive care for my fury four legged Kiddos. This care was demonstrated from the reservation process, the check-in through to my check-out process, in addition to my pets stay in itself. Thank you for making my pets visit a comfortable, enjoyable and healthy experience. I am willing to drive across town to get outstanding care and service here.
