Outstanding work, for the amount of people (and their dogs) that they have to deal with they make it work. Yes, the wait times are pretty long but it's worth every minute. Your animals are treated with care and doctors seem to know what they're doing. I've brought 2 of my cats here to be spayed and they were returned to me in perfect conditions. Highly recommended if you live in Pasadena, but make sure you have enough time set aside for check in and check out.

Appointments are useless per the front desk. Scheduled 0730, wasn't seen till 0830. Pickup scheduled 1730, pet was not ready till 1820. When pet did come out, carrier was covered in pee, the pet bed was in a bag and handed to me. No answer when I asked how long the animal was in there unattended. The worker handed me my animal and said "sooo yeahh.. This is a thing." and walked off. My cat looked like it was sprayed with a water hose on his rear side. It was such a bad experience I can't even enjoy him running around the house doped up on pain meds because I just feel terrible for him. Absolutely horrible experience. I explained this experience to a Vet Tech family member of mine and they encouraged me to leave this review. Declining all "other services" total came out to $105. This 'clinic' acted like it was a free charity service. Take your loved ones to a real vet, not this.

Very caring for my animals, I've taken all my animals to be both checked up and to have a procedure done. I would recommend them, checkups are not really affordable than other places in my area. The prices are pretty much the same but having your pet neutered or spayed os very affordable here.

They took care of my Scrappy Doo. It is good to have your pets Spay/Neuter because some of use love our pet but when the unexpected happens it to late and then you have house full puppies don't get me wrong I love puppies but we some people are on the tight budget specially the senior citizen. I have seen where they have thrown puppies away to be fend for themself or for other creatures to be eaten this is cruel. And these people do not have a heart. Others Sales puppies . Some give them away for free so they can go home to a new family. I Neuter my Scrappy Doo because I 'm on a fixed income. Snap asks for donation. To assist others who cannot afford it. So when are you buying food for precious loved ones (pets) please remember to donate a couple of dollars to your local snap.

I LIKE them. They did not do surgery after I dropped my cat off, because she had discharge coming out of her nose. I did not see any discharge, till we had been sitting there awhile or I would have not brought her in. I am very happy, that the vet would not take a chance, with her and asked me to bring her back. That let me know, that they CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS WELFARE, MORE THAN MONEY. I certainly will make another appt. for her as soon as I DONOT see ANYTHING coming from her nose.
