Could not have asked for a better ER experience! I really appreciate the open concept and the fact I can stay with my pet the entire time. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor were all so extremely sweet and caring. The doctor explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions with a smile. I was in and out within like an hour! My nosy self also overheard the doctors/nurses talking to other pets and their pawrents and they were so attentive and kind. They truly want the best for everyone and we appreciate it so much!

My experience in this facility from the moment we walked in until the moment we got in our car to leave was impeccable! The staff here are exceptional! They were all in very welcoming, attentive, caring and compassionate! There is no wait to be seeing, you are tended to right away! The facility itself is very clean and odor less! They even provided us with mats, blankets and pillows to rest in. They checked in on me just as much as my dog! I am truly grateful for the level of care we received here for our overnight observation stay! We will never go anywhere else! Special thank you to Dr. Sekar, Dr. Cisneros, Becky, Emily, Chelsey and all the other nurses (sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name) that helped my baby girl were very knowledgeable, informative, gentle and sweet the entire night! I appreciate you all!!

Everyone here is wonderful. They made an already hard process easier. I had to say good bye to my 3 year old Cat. He was amazing but was terminally sick. They gave us all the time we needed before saying goodbye. I just received a card in the mail with everyone condolences. Thank you for everything they have done to make us as ease.
