For my surprise, Dr. Sears was the most wonderful human ❤️ from the first moment that she entered the room my girls felt comfortable as well as me, she is very loving and actually cares for the health on your little ones. I expressed her all the issues and when I tell you that I’m extremely anxious and annoying white my dogs it’s because I’m, Dr. Sears answered all questions and even gave me more information, she made me feel comfortable enough to trust her the both love of my life ❤️. For cat owners this is a great boarding facility for your furry friend. They even went as far as to text me a picture of him (while we were out of town) letting me know that he was doing well and adjusting. He's back home now and is not showing any signs of stress. So very thankful a friend referred me to VCA many yrs ago. The staff are always friendly, welcoming & eager to help in anyway. They took excellent care of my fur baby right up until the end of her 18.5yrs of life. Feeling helpless & heartbroken near the end, Dr. Tran cried with me when I broke down in her office. A week after my girl’s passing, I get the most thoughtful card in the mail from the wonderful staff at VCA. Thank you all so much for everything.
