We took a kitten who was in very poor condition at 4:30pm on a Friday. We couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else. VCA took us with no hesitation and took great care of our kitten. I’d recommend their service to anyone in need of a caring place to take their pet.

We were visiting family and are not from the area. We had a pet emergency over the 4th of July weekend, so regular vet offices were not open. We took our little furry family member to VCA and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very kind and concerned and took great care of out dog. We had to return over the weekend for a follow-up and even though it was a different vet, she had read through our file and was ready for us when we arrived. Great service! We were supposed to go visit one more time, but left town due to hurricane Beryl. Our home vet said our baby received excellent care at VCA Cypress Urgent Care.

This staff is amazing and attenative. They explained everything very thorough. I felt very comfortable having them treat my pet. I am so happy they have opened. Great location, good hours and very easy process. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They will be the first place I call if ever needed again!

I want to say thank you to Dr. Grissom, Danielle, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Anna, and the staff with VCA Cypress Creek. I, unfortunately, had to make a very difficult decision to let go of my special boy Duke recently and the physician and the staff were all so caring and took care of my sweet boy in his last moments. As the tears run down my face while typing this message, I want you all to know that my family appreciates the kindness, understanding, and compassion shown to us and our beloved Duke that day! We love and really miss him, but we know he's in a better place. Our family is also very thankful for the card sent in memory of Duke. This has been the best experience with an animal hospital/urgent care I've ever experienced in my life. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, and professionalism. Be blessed 🙌 ❤️

Dr. Wachsman was so great with my fur baby! Very great experience. My dog and I were welcomed by the staff at the door and received excellent care throughout our visit! Definitely recommend this place when you need somewhere quick to go.
