Best experience I have ever had at the veterinarian. We are customers for life. First rate care for my dog Bruno and the most polite and concerned staff from reception to the nurse, to the veterinarian. Unbelievably reasonable fees for thorough and thoughtful care. Special recognition to the male veterinary nurse, the most informed, helpful and kind I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you have ever been disappointed by the poor care offered at corporate veterinary clinics like BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL, that make you leave your pets there all day and never allow the pet parent to actually see the veterinarian, this clinic will be a most welcome change.

We recently had the pleasure of taking my dog, Mia, to Lakeside Animal Clinic for the first time this morning, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to listen to all of our concerns with genuine care and patience. The entire team was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable, explaining Mia's treatment plan in detail and ensuring we understood every aspect of her care. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and their families. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. It’s wonderful to find such a high-quality clinic that’s also budget-friendly. As newcomers to the area, we’re very grateful to have discovered Lakeside Animal Clinic. We’ve found the perfect place for Mia, and we’re already planning to bring in our other pup, Kane, for his first visit. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for making us feel so welcome and for providing such excellent care. We’re looking forward to many more visits!

I appreciate the whole process, being this visit the first one at this clinic. The receptionists were very polite. The intake was quick even though I did not have an appointment. The technician was very nice with my dog and me. She was very understanding of my concerns and responded to all my questions. I did not feel hurried at any point. I loved that the veterinarian took the time to come to the office and explain what was happening with my dog. In the same way, he was polite and answered all my questions showing that he is very knowledgeable. I like that the exams ordered and the medication prescribed were directed to my dog's symptoms. I did not feel any thirst for money as normally happens elsewhere. The prices were fair, and I did not feel overcharged. Finally, the free first exam is a nice welcoming gesture and a great incentive to come back.

First time here at this place and WOW what a amazing experience the staff was so friendly and empathetic. Story time my dachshund is a month pregnant and my apartment has no power due to the storm and they provide boarding for my baby girl for a very fair price and my first exam was complimentary and it took so much stress off my day since my dog and I had such a rough night. This will be Lily new doctors office forever 110% recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️
