This veterinarian is compassionate towards the animals but mean to the owners. She constantly tries to slip in additional services which she will offer over and over again no matter how many times you say no. There are constantly changing assistants there who don’t communicate among each other except to gossip about their clients weight and appearance. They don’t like women who look too good and they are dismayed if we gain weight. They are constantly trying to pry more money out of you under De Lem’s demands. She. Wants to unload unnecessary and expensive products on her clients. She doesn’t return phone calls. She shames pet owners. She does know how to assess pets and provide overpriced medications. She doesn’t sympathize or make allowances for missing appointments if you are sick even for chronically ill older adults. If she has staff reschedule you she charges you for it outrageously

I recently adopted a French bulldog, I took her to Jester plaza veterinary clinic. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The vet took time to explain how best care for and treat Nina’s health issues .

Dr. Lemme and her staff are top notch. They really care for the pets health and well being. Chapo loves the staff as well.

Everything was great from start to finish!! The staff and doctor were amazing. Not overly priced, went over the treatment plan and cost before moving forward with services.I will definitely be back with my other dogs . Thank you 😊

Took my dog only for anal gland expression. The techs were gentle, competent, and efficient. They answered all my questions patiently, including a bit of tutoring in case I want to try to do it myself at some point (after more chances to observe). They do tend to oversell in this practice, IMHO, things like vaccinations etc. The personnel at the front desk were especially helpful and efficient while checking me out.
