Very friendly and straightforward. I took both of my dogs to get medication for an ear infection. They told me one of them didn't have the infection and gave me the option of whether I wanted her to get the ear packer. Reasonable prices and an overall great service.

The vet is so caring, it is obvious he loves animals and always takes great care of them. Also when my pet is having minor issues, diarrhea/ allergies etc. he doesn’t require you to come in and just places orders for meds for you to pick up, this is so helpful. A lot of other vet clinics expect a visit which can be inconvenient. Besides this they are always so responsive when contacting the office. One last thing to mention is how affordable they are, this is a big plus especially right now with our rising economy. I’m so glad I found them and will continue to take all of my pets here. Thank you for being so great.

I've been taking my cat to Clay Road Animal Clinic since August 2018 and ever since COVID, they have really fell apart on their attentiveness. They don't call me back after I call 6 or 7 times daily, they don't email me back after they say they will, they are not accommodating a quick check up on an issue which I feel like should be a necessity for a longtime client, and even when I physically went into the office, the person at the desk was letting all calls go to voicemail and that's their policy. The computer is supposed to record the calls and if they "have time" they will call the number back. I cannot take it anymore. I'm taking my newly adopted furballs someplace where they will be a priority.

My dog was having dental pain bad breath. They charged 300$ for deep cleaning, 3 teeth pulled, Anesthesia with discharge pain medications and antibiotics. Excellent care and customer service.
