This place is AMAZING!! The staff is super nice and really make you feel like you care! I have an 11 year old Pug with chronic health issues that takes meds regularly, sometimes when things flare up worse than normal we can't get her to take her regular medications. BCP makes liquid compound medications. On Thursday my vet was going to send over some antibiotics to BCP to fill. I called BCP and set up an order with overnight delivery of the meds they had on file but they hadn't received the newest prescription yet. They were very kind and patient with me calling them throughout the day to see if they'd received it yet. Finally at 4:58pm my vet said they'd sent it over to them. So I immediately called and BCP was able to fill it and intercept the existing order to add this one on so that I'd have all the meds delivered today (Friday) this way we don't go into the weekend with my furbaby having no relief. Fingers crossed she starts to get better soon but thank you BCP for caring and being so helpful 😘
